Product Details

The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.

The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall.   This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.

Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.

Artist's Description

This H.R. Giger inspired team production includes Nicky Armond as the model, UV neon body paint by Alex Hansen, and the special effects prosthetics of BodyFX New Zealand applied by Jules Bartram in the Lafayette Louisiana location of producer/photographer Cully Firmin. February 2nd 2010. Editing is limited to photo defects to preserve the hand crafted art. No Photoshop or equivalent editing is applied. Although the sole copyright owner, Cully will share print sales proceeds equally with the partner artists and model.

My passions and professional work are in art and science. On the science side of life, I developed significant new technologies in the fields of sensors, spectroscopy, and imaging instruments. My specialty is the design of instruments for harsh environments. In the arts, I practice photography, figure drawing, modeling, and a variety of media that extend the expressions of the human form.
